From day one, make your mark.

Plante Moran hosts various interactive leadership events over the course of the year. To learn more about these opportunities, check out the Join Our Team  page on campus.plantemoran.com. We will review all applications, and only candidates selected for interviews will be contacted as these events are by invitation only.  You only need to apply once to be considered for either Challenge, the Rocky Mountain Regional SLP,  Expo, or our Track rotational internship program.

Students interested in our Colorado locations will be considered for either Challenge or our Rocky Mountain Regional Summer Leadership Program (SLP). 

Qualifications:

  • Interested in pursuing a career in Accounting, Finance, or Consulting

  • Good standing academically (refer to select events for specific GPA requirement)

  • Interested in pursuing a long-term career in professional services

  • Demonstrates leadership qualities; driven to succeed

Those who have already graduated are ineligible for these events

 

You’ve been working hard in your classes because you care about your future. We want to help you put your knowledge and skills to good use in an atmosphere that encourages leadership and teamwork.

 

Challenge:

Join us for Challenge, a three-day event where you will meet our staff and learn about the various services we provide. It’s more than just learning about us, though. This event is packed with team building, networking, professional development, and a community service project. Just like life, it won’t always be easy – are you up for the challenge? (Minimum GPA 3.5)                                                                                                                                                                  

 Rocky Mountain Regional Summer Leadership Program:

Our Rocky Mountain Regional SLP is a day spent in Denver learning about our firm.  Our staff and partners join in a fun day that includes question and answer sessions about life as a public accountant, shadowing a client service professional, hearing from a client about their business and relationship with our firm, and more. Our SLP is a multi-site event that shows off the city of Denver and our firm in a way that you won’t soon forget!  (Minimum GPA 3.25)


Expo

Discover the world of public accounting at a firm where people come before profits. Expo is our one-day leadership event where you will experience Plante Moran’s culture, learn about our various career opportunities, and interact with staff. Whether your question is audit or tax, or consulting versus wealth management, or simply why should I consider Plante Moran, Expo is the event for you. (Minimum 3.25 GPA)

 

Track                                                                                                                                           

Our Track internship gives active leaders of multicultural business organizations a snapshot of life at a public accounting firm. The Track experience incorporates elements such as shadowing across multiple industries, project work led by our professionals, community service, and business travel. The possibilities of a career in public accounting will come into focus after a summer spent in our Track program. (Minimum 3.25 GPA)

This is a non-exempt position, so you may have to work hours that exceed the standard 40-hour work week. This position may require some local, national, and occasional international travel.
