Track Leadership Program (2024)

Track is a multi-year program that features coaching and mentorship, while also offering national training in Plante Moran’s Audit, Tax, Management Consulting, and Wealth Management practices. If accepted to the program, you will have the opportunity to complete more than one internship and develop your technical skills and core leadership competencies. Launch your career. Your role.  

TRACK Leadership 

  • 3-day leadership program that will introduce professional services with team building and career exploration opportunities. 
  • This freshman program is a stepping stone to our sophomore year TRACK internship experience.   

The qualifications. 

  • Students must self-identify as a member of a racial minority group (Black or African American, Hispanic or Latino, Asian, American Indian or Alaska Native, Native Hawaiian or Other Pacific Islander, or two or more races).  
  • Those in their freshman year pursuing a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.  
  • Interested in pursuing a career in Accounting, Finance, or Management Consulting. 
  • Academic success (a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0).  
  • Detail-oriented leader with problem solving, communication, and analytical skills. 
  • Driven to succeed but interested in working in a team-oriented environment. 
  • Creative, flexible, and able to adapt to change.

This is a non-exempt position and may require work hours that exceed the standard 40-hour work week. This position may require some local, national, and occasional international travel.

Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) Information 

Compensation information posted is based on a position being located in the state of CO. Please review position location for applicable geographic location. 

Colorado hourly rate range is as follows: 

Campus leadership events are unpaid.
We are pleased to offer eligible staff a robust benefits package. Eligibility and contribution requirements for some of these benefits vary based on the number of hours staff work per week. Highlights include health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance. These standard offerings are effective on the first of the month following your start date. In addition to this, eligible staff are able to take advantage of our Flexible Time Off and various pre-determined holidays as well as a balance fund, 401(k) plan, flexible benefits plans, business-related travel expense, lodging and meal reimbursement for business-related use. A Pension plan is also available for eligible administrative and paraprofessional staff. A discretionary bonus plan is available for eligible staff. Plante Moran also offers Interns and Contractors the option to elect health insurance under our contingent staff medical plan as of the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment in addition to limited paid time sick time. Seasonal staff are not eligible for benefits.
