Your role.

Your work will include, but not be limited to:

  • Bridging the gap between technology and assurance to enhance the firm’s audit methodology and help drive staff efficiency
  • Assisting with assurance and tax technology initiatives to improve the audit experience
  • Development and maintenance of training materials, procedures, and assurance tools
  • Training users in the proper use of assurance applications
  • Assisting staff members with assurance and tax applications and technical issues

The qualifications.

  • Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance is required; 150 credit hours or Masters in Accounting (or Taxation) is desired
  • 2 years of public accounting experience required
  • Interest in the use of technology is desired
  • Knowledge of the following software is preferred:
    • CaseWare and ProSystem FX
    • Adobe Acrobat
    • Word and Excel
    • IDEA
  • This position may require some regional travel
