Your role.

Your work will include, but not be limited to:

·         Primary responsibility to provide troubleshooting and provide technical analysis for CRM applications level 2 and level 3 incidents

·         Will assist the enterprise application team with operational support and operational maintenance for CRM

·         Documenting and resolving incidents within the prescribed processes and SLAs (Service Level Agreements)

·         Monitor incidents to Identify, communicate, and eliminate trends related to common issues incidents

·         Develop relationships with key staff and assist them in leveraging new technology to enhance client service/business functionality

·         Monitor usage, Manage licensing counts and access/provisioning issue

·         Demonstrate the ability to problem solve, work independently and prioritize multiple competing tasks

·         Demonstrate the ability to work closely with staff, vendors and business owners on identifying and documenting issues and needs, impact analysis, options for resolution, and writing clear and concise requirements for change

 

The qualifications.

·         Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred

·         2+ years’ experience in general technology/help desk support preferred

·         Technical knowledge of enterprise business systems applications and processes, such as marketing, financial, human resources, and accounting preferred

·         Familiarly with logical data design, data mapping preferred

·         Previous customer service experience

·         Sufficient Interpersonal skills to work with both technical and non-technical personnel at various levels in the organization.

·         Ability to communicate technical and non-technical information in a clear and concise manner

·         Microsoft Office 2013/2016 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Outlook)
