Senior Living Financial Analyst

Your role.

Your work will include, but not be limited to:

  • Assisting senior living and post-acute care clients in evaluating new acquisitions or strategic projects
  • Identify and conduct feasibility studies for capital spending related to acquisitions or to improve facilities
  • Due diligence on mergers and acquisitions including operational and financial analysis
  • Perform data collection and analysis for senior care and living projects utilizing benchmark data and other client financial information
  • Participate in the creation of a client’s strategic plan and identify key initiatives and related action plans

 

The qualifications.

  • Bachelor's degree/Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance is required. Masters in Accounting (or Taxation) is highly preferred. CPA is a plus, but not required
  • 3-5+ years relevant consulting experience in the Healthcare industry is preferred
  • Prior accounting for finance experience within a CPA firm, healthcare system, senior care or senior living provider,  or experience within a private equity firm is highly preferred 
  • Frequent travel throughout the region, with approximately 20% overnight travel
