Your role.

Your work will include, but not be limited to:

·         Conceptualizing, designing and executing compelling collateral materials that effectively communicate Plante Moran’s unique value proposition, including the firm’s brand identity, positioning and messaging

·         Working with internal business partners to receive input, translate content into graphics that support and supplement copy, and present with rationale for edits and approvals

·         Ensuring all projects are proofread and edited, meet brand standards, and are completed within stated time estimates

·         Working closely with the other designers in the firm to share ideas

·         Creating pieces that are printed and others that are used for digital marketing

The qualifications.

·         Bachelor’s degree in graphics design or related discipline is required

·         Minimum 3 years of graphic design experience and presentation of a design portfolio are required

·         Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications and Adobe CC applications required

·         Thorough knowledge of proofreading marks and the rules of English grammar, syntax, spelling, and punctuation required

·         Motion graphics experience preferred

·         Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once while working under tight deadlines

·         Ability to regularly prioritize, multi-task, and work under time pressure

·         This position may require occasional local and regional (Midwest) travel

This is a non-exempt position, so you may have to work hours that exceed the standard 40-hour work week.
