Your role.

Your work will include, but not be limited to:

  • Provide regional administrative support for HR Generalists.

  • Respond to/field general human resources related questions.

  • Help ensure smooth onboarding of new staff.

  • Assist HR Generalists with Performance Management, Benefit Enrollment, Recruiting and Intern related tasks and various training programs.

  • Position will manage some projects, programs and/or processes.

 

The qualifications.

  • Associates degree in Human Resources or other related business field. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Minimum 2-4+ years’ experience as an administrative assistant, human resources assistant or recruiting assistant/coordinator - experience in a professional services firm is a plus.

  • Superior oral and written communication skills and a focus on client service, together with the ability to exercise independent judgment, initiative while maintaining high confidentiality.

  • Solid technical proficiency including knowledge of MS Office applications (particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook), Visio and Microsoft Project.

  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, preferred.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating effective time management skills.

  • This position requires occasional travel based on events and as needed. Heavier travel may be required mid-late fall.
