Your role.
This position will be responsible for providing various analytical and data-driven components for the development of M&A transactions. Specifically, the manager’s role focuses on overseeing the financial modeling, industry and company research, and preparation of selling documents, and other transaction-related documents in collaboration with a team of analysts.
