Your role.

Your work will include, but not be limited to:

  • Processing stock, bond, and mutual fund trades in client trust accounts
  • Processing and reconciling transactions with various vendors
  • Posting and printing checks and other disbursements
  • Monitoring and responding to internal client requests via the group email box 

The qualifications.

  • High School Diploma required, some college coursework preferred
  • Minimum of three years experience in financial services or trust operations position OR Bachelors degree in business or a related field required
  • Knowledge of the Personal Trust Administration/Operations/Banking Industry is preferred
  • MS Word, Excel skills essential; MOS Certified preferred
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work well with others and under pressure
  • Ability to understand the demands of a professional office environment; professional and approachable demeanor
  • Accurate and high attention to detail
