Your role.

Your work will include, but not be limited to:

  • Serve as a liaison between internal staff and custodians, and other parties as needed.
  • Prepare new account applications, account transfers and maintenance paperwork.

  • Process money movement transactions (journals, checks, wires and IRA distributions).

  • Research and resolve client account issues with custodians and internal staff.

  • Assist with various client service processes including Separately Managed Accounts and Estate Settlements.


The qualifications.

  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, CRM, SharePoint, etc.).
  • Prior financial industry experience in a client service role.

  • Associates degree is preferred, but not required.

  • This position may require some local and national travel.
