Construction Project Manager/Real Estate Development
Plante Moran Realpoint, LLC (PMR), is looking for a motivated and experienced Development/Project Manager to become a valuable member of our growing team. PMR, an affiliate entity of Plante Moran, PLLC provides fully integrated real estate services exclusively to corporations and institutional organizations. This role involves spearheading the development and execution of multimillion dollar commercial real estate projects for our clients. We are seeking an individual with an entrepreneurial spirit excited to build tools and processes to advance development services provided to clients. The perfect candidate will possess a background in real estate development, construction, and project management. If you are a creative problem solver with a passion for real estate and a desire to make a significant impact with long- term career potential, this opportunity is tailor-made for you. While based out Naples, Florida, this role will be on the ground working with clients at their site 1-2 days a week, with occasional overnight travel (up to 25%). Experience working with senior living providers is preferred but not required.

This is an exempt position, so you may have to work hours that exceed the standard 40-hour work week. There may be up to 50% travel with this position.
