Plante Moran Realpoint (PMR) provides fully integrated Program Management/Owners Representation and Real Estate Services exclusively to corporations and institutional organizations. This position is located in State College, Pennsylvania.

Your role.
Your work will include, but not be limited to:
- Enhance relationships with existing clients
- Participate in preparing and submitting proposals for new work; Develop, distribute and coordinate RFQ’s and RFP’s for professional services and constructors
- Responsible for monitoring and leading multiple projects of varying scope and scale simultaneously to ensure budgetary and scheduling restrictions are adhered to and comply with stated objectives.
- Attend and participate in meetings with the Client, Architect, Constructors, and other professional service firms
- Prepare and make presentations to Clients as requested for projects in progress
- Ensure implementation and compliance of P&M and PMR policies and procedures on projects
- Effectively interact and communicate with all levels of management and support staff.
The qualifications.
- Engineering Degree, Architecture Degree or Construction Management Degree from an accredited college or university
- 7-10 years building, design and construction experience in the following areas: project management, architecture/planning, engineering, or construction field
- Experience working for an Owner’s Facility Team or as a consultant is preferred
- Construction cost estimating experience is desirable
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project and/or Primavera Scheduling Software; Familiarity with BIM
