We are looking for a responsible PMO/Project Coordinator to assist in administration activities across the Project Management Office (PMO) for day-to-day activities and Change Management initiatives. The PMO/Project Coordinator responsibilities include supporting one or more projects by working closely with our Project Managers, Change Managers, and PMO, to assist with scheduling meetings, composing and maintaining project documentation, assisting with project communications and budgeting. 

 

Your role. 

Your work will include, but not be limited to:  

·  Coordinate training events, and assist with training software administration

·  Create standard project kick off materials

·  Maintain the PMO SharePoint site

·  Work with the Program/Project Manager to create and distribute meeting agendas prior to meetings, and deliver meeting minutes to all participants post meeting

·  Conduct quality reviews on projects to ensure adherence to methodology and ensure that PMO standards are met

·  Monitor and track project hours, plans, expenditures, portfolio metrics, project health, and presentation activities

·  Assist with project procurement management

 

The qualifications.  

·  2+ years of office administration experience

·  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems or related degree preferred

·  Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and Word skills

·  Strong communication skills both oral and written

·  Proven experience displaying strong organizational and time management skills

·  Familiarity with project management methodology and/or working with technology teams is a plus
