Your role.

Your work will include, but not be limited to:

  • Place orders for standard materials and supplies for firm wide offices as directed
  • Operate all in house copying and binding equipment as necessary to meet client deadlines 
  • Prepare the document files and perform a quality check before releasing projects to production
  • Confirm that printing and distribution instructions are followed and request clarification as needed
  • Perform quality check of completed projects and prepare shipments to clients and staff
  • Manage workflow steps and effectively communicate problems or error with the appropriate staff
  • Reproduce clean, error free copy products, allowing ample time for finishing steps and final quality check before release of product 

The qualifications.

  • At least 2 years of office/print experience
  • Professional demeanor with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills 
  • Proven administrative, organizational and time management skills
  • Solid technical proficiency in MS Office applications (particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Previous experience with copier and binding equipment is helpful
  • Position may require some Saturday work hours during busy season (October, March and April) and overtime from time to time during the remainder of the year
