Your role.
Your work will include, but not be limited to:
• Supervise engagements and assume full responsibility for tax compliance
• Participating as an integral member of client engagements teams from the beginning to end -
including planning, executing, and completing tax projects
• Reviewing or preparing tax returns for multiple business types including partnerships, C corporations, and S-corporations
• Develop, coordinate, and supervise projects of tax staff
• Performing tax research and preparing technical memorandum
• Analyzing ideas and strategies to deliver tax savings opportunities to clients
• Build and maintain client relationships and proactively interact to gather information, resolve tax-related issues, and make recommendations for business and process improvements
The qualifications.
• 2-5 years recent experience in public accounting
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• CA, CPA, or EA will be preferred
• Experience supervising and mentoring staff on engagements
• Strong technical skills specifically with public accounting with a focus in taxes for real estate
companies, private equity companies, partnerships, corporations, and/or LLCs
